Contract and project management experience is at hand to take that office addition, alteration or refurbishment and either advise how to, or simply make it happen, efficiently and to a budget which you control.  We work on a fixed cost basis which will not alter, unless agreed in advance, and as a result of changes in scope, specification or design.
